About SVASA

In today’s fast-paced world, we’re constantly pulled in every direction—physically, mentally, and emotionally. At Svasa, we believe it’s not just important, but essential to pause and turn inward. Our studio is a gentle refuge where you can step away from the hectic outside and truly reconnect with yourself.

Through the mindful practices of Pilates and yoga, Svasa guides you to cultivate a powerful balance between strength and stillness. These aren’t just classes—they’re opportunities to return to your breath, your body, and your inner calm.

Because slowing down isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.
It’s in the quiet moments, the mindful movements, and the deep breaths that we begin to feel whole again.

At Svasa, breath becomes your anchor, movement becomes meditation, and stillness becomes your center.

We honour progress over perfection, curiosity over competition, and presence over performance. Whether you’re new to the practice or returning to your mat, Svasa is a space where you’re met with gentleness and grace.

We invite you to slow down, listen deeply to your body and mind, and rediscover your calm amidst life’s storms. Because lasting wellness and true vitality come from being fully centered by stillness.

Hello, I'm Anmool.

Svasa was born from one of the most transformative chapters of my life.
When I was diagnosed with Endometriosis, I found myself slowing down for the first time—forced to listen to the quiet truths within. A part of me knew: I wasn’t happy.

On my birthday that year, I made a single wish: “I wish to be happy.”

I began nurturing myself, turning inward and choosing stillness over striving. Then, one day, something changed—I can still feel that exact moment when I flipped the switch.

A year after that quiet birthday wish, I realised I was no longer just surviving. I’m happy. I was whole. I was me again.

Svasa is my way of offering that same gentle space to others. Every detail has been considered with care, designed to feel calm, grounding, and safe—a sanctuary where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with who you are beneath the noise.

My hope is that when you step into Svasa, you feel deeply seen and supported.
That it becomes your space to come home to yourself—to choose you, to nurture you, and to rediscover the quiet strength and love that have always been within.
