First Class

A short guide to help you feel prepared, comfortable, and completely at ease from the moment you walk through our doors. Whether it's your first time on the mat, your first meditation session, or your first pilates class — we want you to feel welcomed, supported, and ready to enjoy every moment of your practice.

PLEASE NOTE

First time visiting? Please arrive 15 minutes early. This gives you time to settle in, meet our team, and feel comfortable before your session begins. All classes start strictly on time — late arrivals can disrupt the experience for everyone, so we kindly ask that you are punctual.

* If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring a towel and we will provide a mat for you.

A cushion for extra comfort if preferred

* Come as you are and bring anything that helps you feel warm, grounded, and at ease.
